Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Adah Bikinis, each piece is thoughtfully handmade and individually crafted, meaning no two items are exactly alike. We embrace the unique details that come with artisanal production and take great care to maintain high standards of hygiene and packaging for every order.
Due to the intimate nature of our swimwear and for hygiene reasons, we enforce a strict returns policy.
We do not accept returns unless all conditions outlined below are met.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- The hygiene liner must be fully intact, untampered with, and clean.
- The branded security tag must be attached, unaltered, and undamaged.
- The item must be returned in its original branded box and packaging, including all protective elements and extras included with your order.
Returns that do not meet all of these criteria will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- If the hygiene liner has been removed, tampered with, or shows any sign of use.
- If the branded security tag is missing, detached, or altered in any way.
- If the product shows any signs of wear, fragrance, makeup, deodorant, or damage.
- If the item is returned without its full original packaging and branded box.
- If the item was purchased on sale or with a discount code of 10% or more, such purchases are considered final sale.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Return Review & Enforcement
All returns are subject to a quality inspection upon arrival. If any of the eligibility conditions listed above are not met, the return will be rejected and the item will be returned to the sender.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our stated policy. This is to ensure that all items received by our customers meet the highest hygiene and presentation standards.

If I return an order that had a discount code applied, will the discount code be available again for a new purchase?
Our discount codes are for one-time use and are unable to be reloaded if you return your order.
At this time, we do not process exchanges.
